Small Group Training For Active Seniors Who Want To Stay Fit
- Are you not ready to slow down, and want to be able to keep up with the younger ones in your family?
- Do you have a few niggles, but want to keep moving in a safe and effective way?

- Are you recovering from an injury, or need to work around some health issues?
- Do you feel intimidated by big gyms, and would rather join a small group of up to 4 women?
- Do you want to meet like-minded women and have a natter while you work out?
If this is you, then you should join our Active 60+ Club.

Here's what you get:
- An initial questionnaire and consultation to discuss your goals, exercise history, eating and sleep habits, injuries and lifestyle
- A postural and movement assessment before we start
- Your own individual exercise plan, focused on low-impact movements and building strength
- Choice of 1 or 2 small group sessions per week (Tuesdays, Thursdays or Saturdays)
- Access to 1x Pilates and 1x Boxing, Cardio & Core session per week

Am I too old to join the Active 60+ Club?
No, starting at any age is great. Our Active 60+ members range from 60 to 78.
What is the initial assessment, and how long will it take?
The initial assessment takes 60 to 90 minutes in total: a short interview, followed by a 45-minute workout so we can see where you're starting from and build your plan around you.
What does it cost?
Active 60+ membership is currently £80 on a monthly rolling contract with a 30-day notice period.
I have a long-term condition (e.g. arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis). Can I still join?
Yes. Our trainers are qualified, and we work around what you need and how we can support you.
